BTS Lima Concert Day Checklist: Tickets, Gates, Merch & Light Stick

Going to BTS WORLD TOUR 'ARIRANG' in Lima on Oct 9 or 10? This is the one-page concert-day checklist built from the official Ticketmaster Perú rules, HYBE/Weverse merch notice and the verified Lima access plan.

Before you leave

• Confirm your exact date, zone and entry gate.
• If your ticket was transferred, make sure the transfer was completed through the official Quentro flow.
• Do not rely on a screenshot as proof of a valid transferred ticket.
• Remember: the ticket is single-use; there is no re-entry after you leave.

Entry gates

• Campo A → Puerta 1
• Campo B → Puerta 8
• Campo C → Puerta 3
• Tribunas → Puertas 5 y 6 according to the current access plan; check the latest map for your exact tribune.

Minors and Soundcheck VIP

• Entry is allowed from age 8, with each person holding a ticket in the same sector as the responsible adult.
• Soundcheck VIP access opens 1.5 hours before regular doors according to Ticketmaster Perú.
• Campo A/B/C are different entry accesses; once inside, the general field area is not permanently separated into A/B/C sections.

Official merch

• Official merch booths open at 3:00 PM PET on Oct 9 and Oct 10 and run until the end of the concert.
• The official booths are inside the ticket-holder area near Western and Eastern Access.
• Cash and cards are accepted in Peruvian soles; some cards may not work depending on the bank.
• Items may sell out before closing time.
• No shopping bags are provided.

Light Stick Ver.4

• Use three fresh AAA alkaline batteries.
• For Lima, Ver.4 syncs automatically with concert effects when switched on.
• You do not need to pair your seat in the app for this concert.
• Ver.3 and SE versions are not listed as compatible with the wireless concert effects in the Lima notice.

After the show

The Lima access plan distributes exit traffic across multiple gates and routes. Follow on-site staff instructions even if the exit is different from the gate you used to enter, and check the day’s road closures before choosing your pickup point.
